Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Women in

Sports program ("the Program"). By participating in the Program, you

agree to comply with these terms and any additional terms provided by Time Out Sports

& Entertainment.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, participants must meet the specified criteria outlined in the application process. Time Out Sports & Entertainment reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to meet these criteria. Participants must be between the ages of 14 and 20 and must be Egyptian nationals.

Application Process

Participants must complete the application form accurately and provide truthful information. Time Out Sports & Entertainment reserves the right to verify the information provided and may disqualify applicants who provide false or misleading information. Participants must submit their applications by the deadline of March 15th.

Selection Process

The selection of female athletes for sponsorship will be conducted by a committee appointed by Time Out Sports & Entertainment. The committee's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process. The committee will select a total of 10 athletes.

Support

Financial support: Selected athletes will receive a net financial aid of 200,000 EGP.The funds will be disbursed to the legal guardian of the athletes.

Mental support: Selected athletes will benefit from a mental health program provided by specialists, consisting a total of 10 mental health sessions available both in-person and online.

Sponsorship kit: Selected athletes will be provided with a sponsorship kit from FABMISR, which comprises a flask, cap, towel, shorts, shirts, pants, a long-sleeve option for veiled girls, and socks.

Sponsorship Terms

Selected athletes will be sponsored by Time Out Sports & Entertainment for a minimum period of one year. The sponsorship includes financial aid, mental coaching sessions, and emotional support.

Responsibilities of Sponsored Athletes

Sponsored athletes are expected to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by Time Out Sports & Entertainment. Failure to meet KPIs may result in the discontinuation of sponsorship.

Intellectual Property

Participants acknowledge that the intellectual property rights of the Women in Sports program, including but not limited to the program name, logo, and related materials, are owned by Time Out Sports & Entertainment.

Data Protection

Time Out Sports & Entertainment is the main entity responsible for the protection of participant data. Your data will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy outlined by Time Out Sports & Entertainment. We reserve the right to utilize athletes' data for marketing purposes, and we may also share this data with our sponsors.

Privacy Policy

Time Out Sports & Entertainment will handle participant information in accordance with its privacy policy. By participating in the Program, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information.

Modification of Terms

Time Out Sports & Entertainment reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.



By participating in the Women in Sports program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
